The Greek Revival cottage was built c. 1830 by Obadiah Adams, and passed through the ownership of several members of the Crocker and Fish families in the 19th century. It is an excellent example of a vernacular Greek Revival structure; the property also has a number of period outbuildings. The main house is a 1-1/2 story Cape style wood frame structure, three bays wide, with a side gable roof pierced by a gable-roof dormer. A recessed ell extends to the left.
